How we actually work.
Five rules we work by on every project. They keep our estimates honest and the handover real.
Boring where it counts
New ideas belong in the product, not in the deployment pipeline. Infrastructure should be the least interesting part.
Design is not a layer
Interface decisions are architecture decisions. The people who design the screen also build what sits behind it.
Automate the second time
Do it once by hand. The second time, write the script. There is never a third time.
Own the handover
A project is done when your team can run it without us. Documentation, runbooks and access are part of the job.
