The studio
Lunara Sync is a small engineering studio based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. No account managers. You work directly with the people writing the code.
Lunara Sync started because too much software is delivered as a demo and then abandoned. We wanted to build the other kind.
The people who design the interface also own the database. Nothing is thrown over a wall, because there is no wall.
We deploy early and often, measure what we ship, and stay on to run it. Launch is the start of the work, not the end.
Commerce, service portals, editorial systems and interactive learning tools — live, maintained and still moving.
Shortcuts cost you later. When we take one, we do it on purpose, write it down, and fix it.
New ideas belong in the product, not in the deployment pipeline. Infrastructure should be the least interesting part.
Interface decisions are architecture decisions. The people who design the screen also build what sits behind it.
Do it once by hand. The second time, write the script. There is never a third time.
A project is done when your team can run it without us. Documentation, runbooks and access are part of the job.
